Focus Seminar 6: Technique for Leaders

All men and women who are interested in “Technique for Leaders” are very welcome! We will work on individual exercises and changing partner exercises. We’ll share some ideas and exercises for how to create a stable and flexible axis, as well as how to create an expressive and functional embrace.
Some concepts we will explore include
- Anticipation and preparation
- Different concepts of leading
- How to work with weight
- How much energy do we need to lead precisely and efficiently
- Adornos for leaders
- How to listen while leading
- Technical skills and drills

Please note: registration for this Focus Seminar is per person. If you are coming with a partner, please complete 2 separate registrations for each person.
Extra Private Classes: For Focus Seminar participants, Joachim is available for a limited number of private classes on the day before and the day after the seminar. Please write him separately via email (email@example.com) with the day and possible times you are available.
During the 2 days, the 8 hours of class are usually organized like this:
14:00-16:00 Part 1 (2 hours)
16:00-17:00 Break (1 hour)
17:00-19:00 Part 2 (2 hours)
11:00-13:00 Part 1 (2 hours)
13:00-14:00 Break (1 hour)
14:00-16:00 Part 2 (2 hours)
