Immersion Seminar 34: Secrets for Sacadas and Back Sacada Combinations

We will discover all about sacadas for women and men, including back sacadas, and how to combine sacadas with different tango elements. Take home all of our tricks for how to make sacadas easily and safely!

Some points of reference that we will study include:

  • Technique: pivots, positioning, vectors of movement, safety tips and timing

  • Embrace: adaptability of close embrace, points of connection, anticipation, impulse, reaction

  • Orientation: positioning the figures in the space

  • Combinations: different entries and exits, sacadas by one or both partners, multiple sacadas, cadenas


During the 4 days, the 16 hours of class are usually organized like this:
