Seminar Terms of Service
These are our Terms of Service that apply to our Focus and Immersion Seminars. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before registering.
Registration Conditions
Registration is possible only in couples unless otherwise stated.
To register with different partners for multiple seminars, please complete a new registration for each set of partners.
Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. No advance reservations are accepted.
If the seminar is full, you may register for the waiting list. We will contact you if a place becomes available.
Payment Process and Gift Cards
To complete the registration process, you must pay online. Accepted payment methods are VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Gift Cards. Only one credit card payment is allowed at a time, and multiple Gift Cards may be used at a time. All credit card transactions are encrypted via a secure server. All personal data is protected and remains confidential.
Gift Cards were available for purchase from April - September 2020 and have no expiration date. Payment with one or more Gift Cards can be done by entering your code(s) on the checkout page. If the Gift Card value is less than the total amount, you must pay the remaining amount with another payment method. If the Gift Card value is more than the total amount, the remaining amount will appear on the page and receipt, and will remain active to be used later. Gift Card codes may be transferred to a friend. Unused Gift Card codes will be considered a donation to support us. Gift Cards have no expiration date and may be used only for seminars purchased on our website.
Your place in the seminar will be confirmed upon registration and processing of your payment. An automated confirmation e-mail will be sent to the one e-mail address specified at the time of payment. The person who receives this confirmation e-mail is responsible for forwarding it to his or her partner if necessary.
Travel expenses and the costs of accommodation are not included in the seminar fee unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration at any time by contacting us via e-mail or through the contact form on our website.
In case you need to cancel, you have a few options:
You find a couple to take your place. All financial arrangements for reimbursement must be managed directly between you and the new couple. You must email us the names and contact information of the new couple.
If you cannot find a couple to replace you, you may ask us to find a replacement from the waiting list. If there is a couple on the waiting list who can take your place, 20% of the seminar fee will be retained as an administrative fee and you will be reimbursed the remaining 80% of the seminar fee.
If no replacement couple is found, the cancellation cost is as follows: up to 30 days in advance: 50% of the seminar fee, less than 30 days in advance: 100% of the seminar fee.
Non-attendance to part or all of the seminar is not grounds for claiming reimbursement of fees.
Due to unforeseen circumstances and/or circumstances beyond our control (illness, accident, pregnancy, insufficient number of students, natural catastrophes, incidents involving atomic, biological, chemical or nuclear substances, epidemics, pandemics, war, terror attacks, etc.), we may decide to postpone or cancel the seminar. In certain cases or emergencies, we reserve the right find a substitute teacher or that only one teacher is present.
If we must cancel the seminar, you may choose from the following options during a 1-year time frame of the starting date of the cancelled seminar:
You may apply the seminar fee of the cancelled seminar towards a future seminar of choice.
You may receive a refund. The transaction fee retained by our online payment platform will not be included in the refund.
You may support us with a donation of an amount specified at your discretion (partial refund or full donation).
If you do not choose an option within a 1-year time frame, your seminar fee will be considered a donation to support our family.
Please consider applying for seminar and travel insurance policies to reduce financial risk in the event of cancellation.
Special Cancellation Policy during COVID-19 pandemic:
If you are sick or experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19, please stay at home. Your seminar fee for the days you miss may be used for a future seminar.
Liability
Insurance for health, personal injury, or loss of personal belongings, as well as all travel, seminar, meal, accommodation and any other incurred costs in the event of cancellation are the financial responsibility of the student. We are not liable or responsible for any delay, disruption or disturbance in the operation of the internet. We are not liable for any illness, losses, expenses or costs incurred due to COVID-19.
Jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland.
We reserve the right to modify the Seminar Terms of Service from time to time.
By registering and paying the seminar fee, you thereby agree to the Seminar Terms of Service.
